General Policy

Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges, with the sole exception of items that have a verified quality issue or if an incorrect product was sent.

Damages and Quality Issues

We stand by the quality of our products. Should you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact our support team directly as your first step. We are fully committed to working with you to achieve a fair resolution.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days of delivery.

● Your order number (e.g., 015SHOP-1218) and the email address used for the purchase.

● A description of the issue.

● Clear photographic or video evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

Our team will evaluate your claim and determine the appropriate solution. Solutions are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may include a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method (such as credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Once the refund is approved, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. The actual arrival time depends on the payment provider and usually takes 7–12 business days.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival and a claim has been approved.

Unauthorized Returns

Please do not send any items back to us unless you have been instructed to do so by our support team. To be eligible for a resolution, you must first contact us to initiate a claim.

Any item returned without prior notification and an approved claim will not be accepted. We will not be able to provide any assistance, including refunds or replacements, for unauthorized returns.

 

Return Instructions
If you wish to return a product, please follow the requirements below:

  • The return package must include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
  • The product must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition with all packaging, accessories, and tags included
  • Packaging requirements:
    • Please use secure packaging to prevent damage during transit

Return Shipping Fee:

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Order Cancellation Policy & Processing Time

Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order
Order processing time: 1–3 business days before shipment

Cancellation Terms:

If a cancellation request is made before the order is shipped, and within the allowed cancellation period (within 24 hours after placing the order), the order can be successfully canceled and a full refund will be issued.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
